Refund & Return

At AGZZY, we strive to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the exclusive conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are facilitated.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this window cannot be accommodated.

Mandatory Video Proof

A continuous, clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory for all claims.

1. Unboxing Video Requirements

To ensure a smooth verification process, your unboxing video must clearly show:

The sealed package in its original condition before opening
A continuous unboxing process without any cuts or edits
The physical condition of the product immediately upon opening
The full view of the product and its luxury tags

2. Submission & Approval

Evidence must be shared with AGZZY via official WhatsApp support within the 3-day window. Upon internal verification and approval, we may offer:

Replacement of the product
Refund to original payment method or wallet

AGZZY reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Product is used, altered, or washed
  • Request is made beyond the 3-day window
  • Video evidence is unclear, edited, or incomplete
  • Damages occurred due to customer mishandling

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be facilitated via bank transfer or digital wallet.

AGZZY blocks users who repeatedly raise invalid disputes or attempt fraudulent claims.
